BOOK
YOUR ROOM WELL IN ADVANCE
Due to the limited number of hotel rooms we recommend that you book
the accommodation well in advance. All reservations are handled in the
order they are received and therefore the most popular hotels may be
fully booked even before the media accreditation deadline of January
17, 2003. From January 18, 2003 on Event Travel Finland will do their
best to help with reservations but there is no guarantee that there
will be rooms available in the appointed media hotels or other hotels
close to the arenas or city centres.
RESERVATION
AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All above rates are per room per night including breakfast. A non-refundable
50% deposit of the total is due within 10 days of booking. The balance
will be due on Feb 15, 2003. A handling fee of 11€ per order will
be added to the invoice. Payments can be made by money transfer or credit
card. Bank drafts or personal checks are not accepted. Please note all
payments are immediately non-refundable in case of cancellation. All
names of guests must be received by Event Travel Finland by the latest
on April 01, 2003. Check in time is 3PM and check out time 12noon.
In
case that your team will unexpectedly have to change game localities
during the Championship while you have a booked a room from another
town, the reservation cannot automatically be changed without costs.
However, Event Travel Finland will do their utmost to assist you.
