EU:n lakien mukaan EU:hun kuuluvan maan kansalainen voi työskennellä toisessa EU-maassa. Tähän asti kaikki hyvin, mutta entäpä sitten, kun tarvittaisiin vielä asunto pään päälle. Lontoo on yksi vetovoimaisimmista EU-maista, mutta asuntojen hinnat ovat huikeat. Ranskan vanhoissa siirtomaissa syntyneet Said, Gabi ja Sophie ovat ratkaisseet pulman asumalla autioissa taloissa. SQUATVILLE
Under EU law the citizens of one EU country can live and work in any other. For a mobile and resourceful population there are some surprising opportunities. London may have the highest property prices in the EU but for Said, Gabi and Sophie, French citizens born in the old French colonies, it is their preferred home, especially as they don't have to pay for it. They live in a South London squat and make the most of what they see as the more tolerant and less racist attitude of their neighbours and the police. They are constantly moving home to avoid eviction.
